Our intimate five-reformer studio is intentionally designed to create a welcoming space where every body can move with intention, build confidence, and feel deeply connected to themselves. Through mindful movement, personalized instruction, and a supportive community we aim to help our clients feel rooted in strength and well-being both on and off the reformer.

Yes, absolutely!
We welcome all levels and tailor our classes to individual abilities. We recommend you come to class a few minutes early to speak with the instructor to get your pilates journey started safely!
Grip socks are required for all classes. We have some for purchase if you need a pair! We also recommend bringing water and a face towel if desired.
Cancellation Policy: Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class will result in a $20 no-show fee. Please note that all cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, you will not be permitted to enter. This policy helps ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all clients, as the opening minutes of class are an important part of the warm-up. Late arrivals can also be disruptive to the class environment.
