STUDIO POLICIES & FAQS
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 12 hour notice for class cancellations. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a $15 fee and the class credit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged a $20 fee and the class credit will also be forfeited. Please note that cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
PAYMENT SUMMARY
Membership dues are automatically charged to the card on file on your scheduled billing date each month. Class packages and retail purchases are charged at the time of purchase.
All sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please ensure your payment information is current to avoid any interruptions to your membership or class bookings. If a payment is declined, we may contact you to update your card on file before additional reservations can be made.
By purchasing a membership or class package, you agree to the studio's payment, cancellation, and booking policies.
WAITLIST INFORMATION
When a class is full, clients may join the waitlist through the Wix members app. If a spot becomes available, clients will be notified in waitlist order and will have 15 minutes to claim the available spot. If the spot is not claimed within that time, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in class.
Membership cancellation
To cancel your membership, please submit your request in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after this notice period may result in one final membership payment before your membership ends.
Memberships cannot be canceled retroactively, and no refunds will be issued for payments that have already been processed.
If you're considering canceling because of an injury, travel, or another temporary situation, ask us about our membership freeze option, we're happy to help you find the best solution.
attire requirements
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Leggings, bike shorts, fitted tanks, and athletic tops are all great options. We recommend avoiding loose or baggy clothing, as it can make it more difficult for your instructor to assess your alignment and form.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes for safety, hygiene, and stability. If you don't have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. Please remove shoes before entering the studio and leave jewelry or accessories that may interfere with your workout at home whenever possible.
Credit card on file
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all memberships, class packages, and reservations.
Your card will only be charged for membership dues, class packages, retail purchases, or applicable fees, such as late cancellations or no-shows, in accordance with our studio policies. Your payment information is stored securely through our booking system, and Rooted Pilates does not have access to your full credit card details.
FREEZE POLICY
We understand that life happens! If you need to take a break, eligible memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days. To request a membership freeze, please contact the studio at least 7 days before your next billing date. Memberships cannot be frozen retroactively. During your freeze, your membership payments will be paused and your billing date will automatically adjust when your membership resumes.
Please note that class packages and memberships with outstanding balances will not be eligible for a freeze.
